"We were given a room already occupied by someone when we first checked in. The problem was quickly corrected, but not a good start."

"Asked for a room facing the FRONT (even pointed to the direction)... got a room in the back. Said wanted a Room close to elevator.. but NOT next to one. Room was RIGHT next to it. Said wanted 2nd floor...room was on 4th floor. Huge tree right outside window, and birds chirped all night and Could hear every tweet. Could hear every car that went by. Could hear every door on the floor close. Hardly slept. Not a pleasent stay. "

"Did not realize that the items for the kitchen use were at the front desk and we had to contact the front desk to collect them. Overall, the check-in was quick, front desk agent was very friendly and explain where we were staying, and internet access. The room was nice and cool upon entering it. One day in the evening I noticed three to four little black ants coming from underneath the wall from the bathroom. We did not call the front desk, because we killed them and did not see any more ants. Great price and it allowed pets to stay, even greeted our little one, that means a lot. "

"The property was clean and well maintained. However the ammenities, for a Courtyard Marriot were sparse. A little disappointing."

"The room was clean. The bathroom appeared updated with a walk-in shower. The hand lotion, shampoo, shower gel were all pumps. The beds were comfortable. There is a mini fridge that we had to turn on. It was never very cold. The breakfasts were as good as any place that offers this type of breakfast. They had English muffins, oatmeal, cereals, and some type of egg and meat...plus coffee and juice."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I have to ask for my room to be cleaned. The bed, the trash. Mainly the towels, I have to ask to get them replaced."

"Convenient, clean, reasonable, very adequate breakfast and friendly staff. My only concern is that to get to the elevator to my room, I had to climb 2 or 3 steps, then walk a short walkway, and then down 2-3 steps again. A ramp there would have been easier. To be fair, I did not request handicap access, and did not inquire if there was another elevator. I would stay here again, but I would ask those questions. The few stairs were not impossible for me, but with bad knees, and carrying luggage, it was not easy either. OH, and my room, 403, near a stairwell, was near some sort of banging in the walls for a few hours, around 10 -12. I did not hear it through the night. Could not figure out what it was. I'm sure other rooms did not have this problem, but I booked last minute on Expedia, so I was getting their 'deal' room. It was somewhat annoying, but thank goodness it stopped. Just don't take room 403. ;) "
