In the charming little streets of St Martin-de-Ré, this delightful house welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay. From here, you will only have a few metres to walk to reach the port where you can enjoy the terraces, shops and savour a good ice cream at La Martinière. At the entrance, the living room is organised around the fireplace where you will find a pellet stove, then you will find the dining area open to the kitchen. The latter, modern and black in colour, is very well equipped, with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with minimalist decor, ideal for resting at the end of the day.



Also at your disposal are a bathroom, toilet, iron, hairdryer and washing machine.

La localisation de la maison dans saint Martin, l’accroche pour les vélos La décoration du logement avec les jolis tableaux d’artiste et les choses mises à disposition tél que les livres, set de couture, feutres et carnets pour les enfants hyper appréciable Matelas très confortables, vaisselle appréciable Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans ce logement :) La vérification de l’électroménager (nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le four), plus d’occulté le matin avec les rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière dans les chambres
