The property was in a great location, however Furniture and beds could do with updating. We were also surprised about having to pay for bed sheets and towels , this should have been made aware at time of the booking , not a few days before. Also having to pay a cash deposit of 300 euro on arrival was also not in the original booking . So we think that should be made clear when booking on line . Die zwei Terassen waren perfekt um am Morgen schon in der Sonne zu frühstücken und am Abend in der Abendsonne zu grillen. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können (teilweise staubig auf den Oberflächen und Geschirr zum Teil schmutzig). Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen extra bezahlt werden. La maison d'Annie est fort bien située pour accéder au coeur de St Martin de Ré et au bord de la mer sans voiture. La proximité des commerces permet de faire les courses à pied aussi. L'équipement de la maison et parfait. Le quartier est très calme à cette saison. Nous avons pu faire plusieurs promenade par les chemins de randonnées et visiter l'ile.
