The "Telline" house is located within the city walls in Saint Martin de Ré in a quiet environment 150 meters from the port and 900 meters from the beach. This house on two floors can accommodate 6 people, it has: On the ground floor: A fully equipped living room (central heating, TV, Internet) A kitchen area equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, hob, extractor, electric coffee maker + Nespresso, kettle, vacuum cleaner, etc. A separate toilet Completely closed and private, the terrace (30 m2 South-East) allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors, it has garden furniture with sun loungers and a plancha. Upstairs: A spacious bedroom with 160cm and cupboards A spacious second with 160cm bed and cupboards A third bedroom with 2 90cm beds and cupboards A bathroom with sink + bathtub The bathroom with shower + basin A separate toilet A private garage in the basement for parking a car. The house has unlimited internet access. All blankets, pillows, and mattresses are provided.
