At the heart of an old monastery completely restored in habitat, this apartment in the center of the village is 100 m from the port of St Martin, and 750 m from the beach. The Fauvette apartment has great amenities and includes: A spacious living room with large volumes with a living room, a dining area and kitchen area 3 bedrooms, including 1 on the ground floor with 140cm bed, a bathroom and a toilet, upstairs 2 bedrooms with bed 140cm and a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen area has a dishwasher, washing machine, multifunction oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, coffee makers, kettle, vacuum cleaner, etc ... Completely enclosed and private, the courtyard allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors, it has a barbecue / plancha and garden furniture. Internet access is unlimited.
