This place is absolutely stunning. Located in the hills, it will provide you with stunning views, fresh air, and the piece and quiet that you need. The foods is exquisite and of Michelin star standard - make sure you try the souffle desert. The service is excellent, always there to help - these people really know what they are doing!

Host Denis is superb. Breakfast is a joy. More like a chambre d'hote with Denis on hand helpful as ever.

An excellent place to stay for holidays in the Pyrénées with a car, whizzing around the Camino De Santiago. The staff are very kind and helpful - the place is run by a young couple who own the place. They maintain the property and serve the guests themselves. They're wonderfully kind and friendly, offering recommendations of places to visit, tourist destinations and things to do. There is breakfast of local produce which is included in the price and can be taken outside on the nice little...

Quality bedroom and bathroom with a lovely pool and great views! Great place to stay in the area

There was a mix up re check in as Expedia had not sent an email with arrangements from the hostess. However, she was extremely apologetic and sorted things immediately. Lovely room, fabulous breakfast and a great place to stay the night before our Camino trip

The room was very clean & bright. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel was in the centre of this lovely town (Espelette) & next to the shops. I understand the breakfasts are well liked but I didn’t eat breakfast there. The was a helpful book re trails including the one to the top of the hill right opposite my bedroom window. I enjoyed the 11+ miles & 3 hills hike. The All Trails App nicely led the way. On the morning I left (early)!to hike up La Rhune (the highest hill in the...

High up in the Pyrenees. Views to die for. Very peaceful.

Very friendly welcome. Location right on GR10. Excellent breakfast with local delicacies including home made pate.

Stayed in this hotel for a short 2 night stay. Made to feel very welcome by the owner and his wife. We ate in the hotel on the first night which has a set 3 course menu and it was good. Breakfast is a buffet and although not vast selection still enough to set you up for the day. Room not luxurious but perfectly comfortable with a small en-suite bathroom. Would happily stay there again.

Lovely hotel in the French countryside. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Appreciated the balcony outside the room plus seated areas in the garden and patio with loungers for relaxing. Very tasty breakfast. Free onsite parking. Extremely helpful staff (apart from bar manager). Good onsite restaurant. Only 2km into town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Good base for exploring the general area and close to canoeing and train de la Rhune. Couple...

A little far from the motorway, but lovely country side. Relaxing and quiet, lots for the kids to do. The main village is very near and walkable, but not much to do (very nice photo opportunties though).
