"Great hotel in a fab location in beautiful Tours, with everything in easy walking distance. The room was nice with an extremely comfortable bed and parking was easy (public parking under the hotel). The best part by far though we’re the people working there, so friendly and helpful and they all were fluent in English which was so helpful when we had an issue with our car, they found us a garage who could look at it that day. Don’t hesitate booking this hotel"

"The staff at this very modern gentile hotel were absolutely astounding! They were very personal, intimate, and friendly. We had a couple of problems with our room, and they helped us immediately. The hotel was a little gem in a fantastic location, right by Les Halle’s, with underground parking, so it’s great if you have a rental car. I highly recommend it!"

"This is a lovely apartment in the center of old Tours. The bed was very comfortable and it had everything for an enjoyable stay. It's central location means that there are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants at the doorstep!Alexandre the host is extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions.However, you should be aware that as the apartment on the second floor of a beautiful old building, there is no lift and the stairs are spiral and quite steep with no handrail on the second flight. If you are travelling with small bags this shouldn't be an issue, however if you have mobility issues or have large luggage such as suitcases you should be aware.It's also worth bearing in mind that due to it's central location it can get noisy at night into the early hours - with the windows closed it's fine but on a warm night this could be a disturbance.Overall we had a very enjoyable stay here, but as we had a heavy suitcase I wanted to mention the stairs as it's not in the description."

Comfortable beds We found the check in times a bit confusing online but relieved to find they'd been extended when we arrived."

"We stayed as a family of four. There were building works ongoing, which we did not know about before, but were informed of immediately when we checked in. The dining room and bar were not available but the hotel did offer a breakfast bag option as an alternative. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and there was aircon and a fan provided which was good. The bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. The location is great, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tour and we managed to park on the street outside the hotel for free. We booked through Hotels.com and the booking said we got a free drink on arrival, we were not offered that but I assume that is because of the maintenance works."
