  • Located in the countryside and very easy to reach between Deauville-Trouville and Pont-L'Evêque (near the A13), this independent apartment is attached to my house and opens onto a terrace, a lovely 300-square-meter garden, and a beautiful view of the countryside.<br>Shops are a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute bike ride away; the beaches are 15 minutes away by car or bus (the bus stop is 20 metres away).<br>Two restaurants are within walking distance, with parking across the street.<br>The accommodation<br>Completely renovated, it consists of an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, hob, mini-oven), and a sofa bed (120), a toilet, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.<br>Please note: the TV is a smart TV; you’ll need to connect it using your account and login credentials.

De omgeving is geweldig. Op het tuinmeubilair misten we kussens. Aardige eigenaar, douche werd snel gemaakt. Parkeerplek voor de deur.

Super séjour

David est très agréable et avenant. Merci de nous avoir fourni un lit d'appoint. Notre petit séjour c'est super bien passé, appartement fonctionnel et propre, suffisamment grand pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âges. Proche de toutes les grandes villes à visiter, Géniale. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
