Le Moulin de Cabanis is a restored old watermill (the canal runs under the house), adjoining the owners' house, and sleeps 8\. It's located in Saint-Marcet. It boasts a lovely wooded park and a 2-hour hiking trail starting at the gîte. Pétanque balls and molky are available. A lush green setting perfect for relaxation! Numerous walks and sites nearby: The Save Gorges (swimming), the Cardeilhac Forest Arboretum, and the Gallo-Roman village of Montamaurin are 10 km away, Bonnefont Abbey is 17 km away, Lake Montréjeau (swimming, golf, and water games) is 23 km away, and the Garonne River (the Way of St. James, on foot or by bike) is 13 km from the town of Saint-Gaudens. On the ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom (2 double beds (140cm), shower room, separate toilet). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed (140cm), 1 single bed (120cm), 1 single bed (110cm), shower room, separate toilet. Shared swing in the grounds. Oil-fired central heating. Private terrace, parking area. This cottage is located in a rural area with poor telephone reception. It is located outside the village, not far from the main road, and the nearest shops are a 15-minute drive away. Old restored water mill with pretty wooded park & hiking trail on site 13km from Saint-Gaudens
