  • In the heart of a pinetree forest , tastefully decorated, with a large terrace , a veranda, à Nice pool with a deck , this house is dedicated for 2 families Ideally situated in 4km of Aix-en-Provence, right in the heart of the massif of the Holy victory, in the peace, none face to face, completely renovated on 2011, south exposition , 1 terrace of 100 m2 in the rdc, 1 beach(range) swimming pool in teak and a loggia .2 Dining rooms outside with garden furnitures. Pool maintenance included. 2 friendly and independent cats are present and fed by the cleaning lady.

Un merveilleux séjour

Beautiful home located less than 10 minutes outside of Aix. An oasis of calm, with a beautiful view, and fantastic pool for the hot weather. The layout of the house provides many areas to socialize and relax, both inside and outdoors. The host and property manager are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house in a lovely location. The owner made every effort to make us feel at home and provide everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool is wonderful and there are many areas in and around the house to sit, play, eat and relax. The property is exactly as depicted in the images. Would recommend it to anyone. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Un séjour au calme avec une vue superbe sur Aix

Idéalement placée, à la fois au calme dans les pins et à qq minutes du centre d'Aix, la maison a permis à toute la famille de se reposer/ressourcer. Très accueillante, la maison possède le confort attendu pour passer de bonnes vacances. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain et la cuisine est pratique et bien équipée ! Les commerces sont accessibles facilement, à qq minutes (supermarché, boulanger, maraicher, boucher, etc…). En conclusion, une bonne adresse pour découvrir la superbe région aixoise.

Gorgeous home in Aix

This home is beautifully decorated and kept clean. With so many windows, it allows for beautiful views all around, especially to the garden and pool area. Because, it is situated on higher grounds, it stayed cool and comfortable even in the hot 90’s weather while we were staying there. Staying in a three-level home is wonderful for our three generation family vacation as it allowed everyone privacy. For the grandparents, having a bedroom on the main floor meant that they don’t have to climb up and down to get to their room. I like staying in Aix En Provence for visiting southern France because it is a bigger town with a lot of stores and restaurants. The location allows for easy day trips to nearby towns in the Luberon region. Our favorite trip is to Cassis - the calanques (fjords) are awesome and the hike to them is worth it. This home in Aix is also close to some beautiful hiking trails. We discovered some very good hiking trails around Sainte-Victoire and Bimont Dam.

Vacances de rêve!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, dans cette très belle propriété. Véritable havre de paix, au milieu des pins. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette superbe maison d'architecte, intérieur comme extérieur tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût. Maison très chaleureuse et de tout confort, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, la cuisine est parfaitement bien équipée, on se sent très vite chez soi! Commerces accessibles facilement en quelques minutes, supermarché, boucherie maraichers! Une excellente adresse, et des propriétaires charmants qui vous aiderons à organiser votre séjour.

Super maison

Une superbe maison ou l'on se sent chez soi avec tout ce qu'il faut et plus encore ! Très bien située à deux pas d'Aix avec la tranquillité à l'ombre des pins et la vue magnifique. Idéale pour découvrir La Belle Provence. Un clin d'œil a mon copain Obama -le chat- mon compagnon pour le café du réveil !

C'est notre première avis sur nos vacances, malgré que nous voyageons souvent. C'est un havre de paix a 4km d'Aix et idéal pour rayonner en Provence. La maison est tres accueillante et très bien équipée, on s'y sent chez soi. Si vous comptez vous rendre en Provence, n'hésitez pas.

Une maison très agréable avec une âme

3 semaines dans cette maison, un vrai bonheur. Très belle maison contemporaine, très agréable. Les photos montrent bien l’extérieur comme l’intérieur, elles sont même en deçà de ce que l’on voit de visu. Il y a effectivement une mer de pins vers le sud et vers l’ouest la vue porte à 30km jusqu’à l’étang de Berre, avec en prime, la nuit, les lumières d’Aix. L’intérieur de la maison est très bien agencé avec des volumes et des recoins très agréables. Les chambres sont grandes et, très utile, chacune leur salle de bain / douche construites en beaux matériaux ; également chaque chambre a un accès direct sur sa terrasse (il y a des terrasse à tous les niveaux dont une très grande au niveau principal et une autre au niveau de la piscine). L’extérieur est avec un jardin en restanques, des pins, des lauriers, des lavandes, du romarin, du thym… et autres plantes méditerranéennes tout cela très bien agencé avec gout quant aux parfums, entre les différentes plantes citées !!! On se rend compte que cette maison vit, a une âme, a été améliorée constamment par une famille qui l’aime, cela se ressent très bien… et c’est bien agréable ! Pas de bruit autre que le vent ou, lorsque la fonction remplissage de la piscine est en route, le murmure de l’eau sortant de l’amphore couchée que l’on voit sur des photos à côté du petit palmier et qui sert à cet usage (le tout éclairé la nuit comme l’olivier qui est derrière et les pins aussi). L’accueil et l’attention de la personne qui réceptionne la maison est parfait, une grande gentillesse et compétence. Cette personne est facilement disponible, un simple sms et elle répond très vite pour expliquer ce qui est demandé et au besoin vient très vite si nécessaire. 7 à 8mn réelles pour atteindre le parking du centre-ville Bellegarde, pas plus ! Pour les courses de tous les jours, à 2km en direction d’Aix il y a un marchand de fruits et légumes locaux qui vient tous les matins ; ses produits sont de toute première qualité. Juste à côté se trouve un très bon boucher (agneau délicieux et bœuf limousin) et en face un boulanger. De plus pour des compléments types supermarché il y a un Intermarché 300m plus loin. Les échanges et explications avec les propriétaires, tant par téléphone que par e-mail, ont été très chaleureux et cordiaux avec des explications très détaillées et très justes. Une maison à recommander sans aucune restriction.

un hâvre de paix

nous avons passé avec nos amis un séjour très agréable dans cette très belle propriété située dans un cadre paysager remarquable la qualité des échanges avec la propriétaire, une personne charmante, a permis de préparer parfaitement notre séjour, et sur place nous avions une interlocutrice toujours disponible un seul bémol : l'absence de sécurité pour la piscine qui oblige à redoubler de vigilance si l'on a, comme nous, un enfant ne sachant pas nager une mention spéciale pour les volumes intérieurs qui font qu'on ne se sent à aucun moment les uns sur les autres : en vacances, ça compte !
