It includes Wi-Fi, has a surface area of 50 m², and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with a shower). Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, dish towels). Your beds will be made upon arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: \-A 30 m² living area with a TV and a double sofa bed (140x200) \- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop… \- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190) \- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) \- A bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity unit Additional amenities include: washing machine, ironing board and iron, high chair and travel cot (available on request when booking — we will set up the travel cot for your baby. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress other than the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if needed.) The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighborhood. You will find all essential shops nearby: bakeries, butcher shops, delicatessens, a Carrefour Market 250 meters away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market. Transport: If you choose to come by car, parking on the street is paid, but you can park for free 400 meters away at the Foch car park.
