7 night stay
Good value breakfast and decent parking facility. Excellent housekeeping. Difficult for old bloke like me to get in and out of bath for shower and navigate stairs with luggage. Staff friendly, managers decent command of English. Overall positive and would use again.

the building is lovely but we were hugely disappointed in our room. Supposedly a triple, but even with just 2 of us it was a very tight fit to move in the room - it would have been impossible with 3. Bathroom was equally cramped and extremely basic. Breakfast seemed to have a huge selection of sweet things but very little else - though I realise we were there at a very busy time and the place was almost certainly full. On the plus side, the enclosed garden, even though used for parking, is a peaceful haven and a pleasant place to sit.

This was a very pleasant and charming 3* French hotel about 10 minutes drive from the famous walls and marinaof St. Malo. The hotel was cozy, clean but most importantly very friendly (in fact downright cheerful) and accommodating. Breakfast was continental and filling. We were very happy here. Only downside - parking is limited and very tight. No room for an RV here for sure. a solid 4 stars!

This was a fine place to stay but the photograph is a little misleading. You imagine a Château with rolling grass and what it is, is a walled off piece of property in the middle of a parking lot with big box and grocery stores surrounding it. The staff is friendly and helpful, it’s clean, modern bathrooms and it’s close enough if you have a car to the historic beach area and town of Saint-Malo.

Excellent parking and location. The room was on the small side and rather expensive for what you got. But the biggest disappointment was to discover they no longer serve dinner. They just provide breakfast at an extra cost, but otherwise the restaurant is shut. Also, we went to breakfast and left out things in our room and locked the door, only to discover it was unlocked when we returned from breakfast. Luckily nothing was missing, but I had left my laptop in my room! Does not leave one with much confidence over security!

Property was almost a complete surprise, and was a good find, being just around the corner from Madeleine and all of the other shopping in St Malo, but has a very quiet and secluded feel to it. Have stayed in St Malo often and will definitely consider it again. Only down side was the room was a little dark with no central light and one small window, but was on the ground floor.

Characterful hotel
Comfy, well equipped room. Staff excellent and helpful. Disappointed that there was no restaurant - last time we stayed there was an excellent one. This meant a taxi ride to the old town for dinner.

Nice hotel with parking close to the edge of town.
Hotel itself very pleasant but for us there were two down-sides - restaurant wasn't open and it was a long way to any decent other places to eat in the evening or to the intra-muros. It's on an industrial estate.

Quality hotel for overnighting or seeing St Malo.
A brilliant overnight stay in luxurious surroundings. Service and facilities excellent and no sound from nearby road. Hotel also has a fully adapted room for wheelchair users. Excellent breakfast but slightly disappointed by evening meal - overcooked and overpriced. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Ideal overnight stay
An ideal overnight stop for the St.Malo ferry. Very comfortable room and the meal in the restaurant was very good. I had done research before our stay and was aware it was in the middle of a retail park, but this was no problem as once you were in the walls you didn't notice it and the building had a lot of character. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Picked the Hotel because of its location to the ferry port [10 mins] and the fact that there was on-site secure parking. However, the parking facility was insufficient to cater for the number of vehicles which meant I had to park on the adjacent road. The rooms could have been cleaner as there was a great deal of dust in the atmosphere whenever we moved about. The room was quiet apart from inconsiderate guests who decided to hold meetings on the landing at inappropriate hours. Staff were very pleasant and courteous

Overnight stop
Arrived early to explore the lovely old town of St Malo before catching the morning ferry. The hotel was ideal for our purpose with a very helpful member of staff who spoke English and assisted when we had a transport problem. The hotel had been recommended to us by a friend.

This is a comfortable hotel, close to the port.
We have returned here many times as it is a clean and convenient stop over for the ferry. There is a good dining room and breakfast is excellent, clean, wide choice and quiet. The hotel rooms are very quiet, shielded from the noise of traffic by good double glazed windows. There is a good car park and easy access to it and the main road.

The best hotel of the whole trip
Ok. The location is not the best, right in the middle of an industrial park, but it has it's own car park and once in the gates it is a very pleasing setting, The staff are friendly and helpful the rooms clean and comfortable and the dining superb.

Charming suburban hotel - good base of operations
Located oddly in a business/industrial area, it is still a quiet and charming hotel. Especially good if you want easy access as a base of operations to a larger area. Good shopping center with grocery store nearby adds convenience. Free parking. Did not try their restaurant but understand it is good.

Nice Hotel, but Far From the Inner City
It was a nice hotel with large, very clean rooms. Some of the staff spoke very little English, but they were friendly and tried to be helpful. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is a good thing. The main problem is that it's 3-4 miles from the inner city so if you haven't got a car you must either walk, take a cab or a bus. The C2 stops about 4 blocks away, but it takes a very winding route and the ride is about 40 minutes.

Lovely Hotel
Second time we stayed at this hotel as an overnight stay before our ferry departure. Lovely hotel, the rooms have been renovated to previous year and provide a comfortable stay for travellers. The parking inside the hotel gates provides safe parking so we didn't feel we had to unload all of our possessions for 1 night stay. The hotel is located away from amenities, but all are a short drive away. Offers a very nice continental breakfast too

Pleasant Hotel and convenient for our needs.
As we travel to and from France three or four times per year from St Malo to Portsmouth we find this Hotel convenient as a stop over. The ferry departs from St Malo at 10.30 am for Portsmouth so we can have a good nights rest before joining the ferry. The Hotel serves dinner the previous night if required although slow service and pricy, however good food.There are plenty of other eating establishments a short drive away at the Port area.

We were all looking forward to our visit and last night after our road trip in Brittany but sadly as we drove in from the bypass were very disappointed with the location as it is in the middle of a retail park so decided not to stay, not our kind of preferred location to walk around and enjoy the sights, scenery and sounds of St Malo & Brittany. Shame as the hotel images were great.

The day before arriving at the hotel I.had an accident and could only hobble. I had not prebooked an evening meal and the restaurant was fully booked, however the receptionist ,who spoke perfect English, went out of her way to fit me in, for which I was very thankful as I could not have coped with going elsewhere. The meal was very good and the service first class.

Very attractive hotel
The hotel was comfortable and it was very easy to get to the ferry in the morning. Surprised that it was in the middle of a commercial area. It was nevertheless secluded from the road. The staff were friendly and our room was clean. There was plenty of choice for breakfast.

Stayed here for the 2nd time - location a little off-putting but once inside the hotel walls, it is lovely. Parking available which is good when car is filled with luggage for ferry next day! Restaurant is great - really beautifully served food and good service. Definitely worth a visit for dinner! Well priced for a good meal. Our room was a bit cramped this time - it was a corner room and could do with freshening up a little. However, perfectly acceptable for one night. Would stay over here again when traveling on the morning ferry - next time will ask for a different room

Excellent value for money.
Very clean spacious room. Very comfortable. Excellent dinner in hotel restaurant and a very good continental breakfast. Approx. 3.5 miles from St Malo centre surrounded by modern 'outlet' stores so the location is not ideal but a real oasis of peace and tranquility and great for an overnight stay.
