Le MoZen Comfortable apartment for a big family or Group of friends. It is not the very center of St Malo but it is a distance of 2-2.5km to the City walls and the Beach. For us it was walking distance. Apartment itself is pretty cozy.

🙂 Emplacement super, un peu éloigné de la vieille ville (30 minutes à pied), mais cela nous a permis de faire un peu de marche et de découvrir d'autres quartiers très chouettes de Saint-Malo.
Appartement super équipé, nickel pour notre groupe de 6 personnes.
Petite galerie commerciale à 10 minutes à pied, avec tout le nécessaire.
Bien desservi par les bus.
🙁 La porte d'entrée et la cage d'escalier commune sont très peu engageantes et très vieillottes. Heureusement que l'intérieur de l'appartement est beaucoup mieux !
Il faudrait huiler les clinches des portes intérieures, afin d'éviter les grincements à chaque fois que quelqu'un se relève la nuit...
Et vérifier les évacuations de la salle de bain : il y avait une odeur un peu désagréable qui planait dans la pièce, comme un siphon qui refoule..."
