L’étendoir qui est mis à disposition est beaucoup trop petit. Je ne sais pas comment font des familles de 4 personnes pour faire sécher du linge. On ne pouvait mettre qu’une seule serviette dessus. Comme il n’y a pas de volets, Il manque un store sur la baie vitrée de la cuisine afin d’avoir un minimum d’intimité par rapport à l’immeuble qui se trouve juste en face et qui est vraiment très proche.

Belle destination pour visiter la région Tout est faisable à pied de l’appartement si l’on aime marcher. (A 1,2 kms des remparts et plage) Appartement très bien. On apprécie également le parking. Il manque juste un sèche linge ou un grand étendoir.

Situé à 2 pas de l agence, de la gare sncf ,du bus, proximité boulangerie, domino pizza, petit commerce, plage a 800 mètres, nous avons passé de belles vacances à saint malo sans voiture. Il faudrait juste un étendoir à linge.Le personnel de l agence est très aimable.

il faudrait que l'étiquette 'interphone" sur la porte du garage soit placée plus haut et un peu plus grosse.
