"They overbooked the room we had prepaid for weeks in advance so we ended up with a lesser room. The shower took 25 minutes to warm up, which I heard other customers complaining about to the front desk. The water bottles they leave in the room, but charge you for if you drink them, is fine but one was already open- so we will get charged for it even though we didnt drink it. The pool had a layer of grime covering the entire bottom. The room and facility overall seemed clean. "

"Overall this is a good hotel. A major drawback was the pool - hot tub area, which was overrun with kids who were not attended by parents. Basically an entire pool's worth of kids were in the hot tub."

"The elevator buttons were broken the entire stay had to phone to get staff to send elevator up any time you wanted to come down from floor. If someone used it which they did then it never came as you stood waiting with your luggage. The shower didn’t fully plug so it was very light. For the price there was no breakfast included but you can stay elsewhere with better quality for less or the same price that includes this. It was clean. Overall wouldn’t stay there again. We travel often and I don’t often leave reviews take as you will. Too much money for minimum quality when there are other options."

"Clean room but small space and very dated. If you don’t need stove and a full size refrigerator, which occupy too much space in the room, look elsewhere. Low ceiling makes the room look pretty cramped. Not worth my $200. Below average breakfast. Only good thing there was front desk staff and special shout out to Miriam. Thank you for being so nice. "
