There was an issue at check-in. Carly (MOD) and Vanessa handled the issue to my great satisfaction. Also, Vanessa was one of the most professional front desk, clerk that I have experienced in my lifetime. The associate that checked us in was extremely inviting and professional. His whole personality was nice and welcoming. The room was nice as well. My only recommendation for improvement would be to repair the hot tub and the pool could have been cleaner.
