Pour une villa 4 étoiles il manquerait un plateau d’accueil (thé chaud, dosettes pour la machine à café, gel douche…). L’accessibilité de la villa est très compliquée, nous nous sommes trompés 3 fois de chemin alors que nous avons bien entrés l’adresse sur WAZE, il manque de panneaux pour qu’on puisse se retrouver facilement et le chemin est très abîmé. Superbe vue. Lit confortable, grand salon, cuisine très lumineuse avec la vue. La connexion internet faisait couper la TV. A voir si possible de l'améliorer. Nous avons choisi cette villa car il été indiqué que la piscine était chauffée, nous avons même demandé la confirmation avant de procéder à la réservation. Cependant, nous n'avons pu profiter de celle ci, même après l'intervention du pisciniste. Selon ce dernier.. problème avec la pompe de chauffage... Et même après quelques manipulations en suivant ses directives, l'eau est restée froide lors de notre séjour. Aussi, nous n'avons pas eu accès à la villa lors de notre arrivée, en effet le code d'accès de la boite à clés était erroné fort heureusement nous avons pu joindre l'agence de justesse à 16h50\. La vue est exceptionnelle. Le confort est top. Tout est fait pour bien recevoir les clients. Au niveau de la propreté, des fils d araignées notamment au niveau du pied des lits et un petit peu partout.dans les coins de la poussière. Peut être pensé à avoir plus de torchons pour la cuisine 'on a trouvé qu un seul et serviette main dans les toilettes. Peut être mieux indiquer la maison au moment de trouver 'on a eu un peu de mal à trouver' enfin le gps. Se ne sont que des petites remarques' Cependant nous avons passé un super séjour.
