"This all inclusive resort was great. The room that I booked was not the room that they tried to give me at the resort and offered an upgrade to the room that I thought I reserved. They were understanding and let me look at different rooms and the views so that I can decide what room I would like. The upgrade came with extra amenities which I loved, especially the Elite Reaturant! The food that was served at the buffet was cold/warm, aside from breakfast. The restaurants was great, although they cook the lobster too long making it tough. The workers was pleasant and friendly. They offered us information and resources. Expedia was present in the main lobby and helped provide excursion packets which was helpful and affordable. The rooms was clean twice a day at least. I didn’t like the fact that they kept coming into the room even when we didn’t request the cleaning. Can not wait to go back!"
