Excellent stay in beautiful location

Jerome and Christelle welcomed us to their beautiful place, a short walk from a vibrant and pretty village, St Léon. The apartment was impeccably clean and very well stocked with all things you need. The pool was also perfect. Jerome and Christelle gave us lots of information about the local area, things to do, restaurant recommendations etc. We had a very happy family holiday and hope to come back to visit again!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné aux Chênes Verts. Logement très propre, très fonctionnel et la vue est exceptionnelle. Le village est facilement accessible á pieds au travers de la campagne. La communication avec Jérôme et Christelle, les propriétaires, a été parfaite. c'est un couple très sympathique et bienveillant. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation dans ce petit coin de Dordogne.

Un lieu exceptionnel, confortable, au calme, très bien agencé et équipé, rien ne manque. La grande terrasse couverte : une vraie pièce en plus ombragée. Même avec une météo à plus de 35, pas besoin de climatisation, les lieux restent frais. Un vrai plus, la présence de la grande piscine. Proche du très beau village de Saint Léon de Vézère et aux environs de nombreux sites connus à visiter. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et connaissent très bien la région, de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci. Vraiment ... Difficile de trouver mieux dans cette catégorie !

Un logement agréable. Une vue sur la campagne. Une piscine rafraîchissante.

Un logement propre et neuf qui nous montre une jolie vue sur la campagne perigourdine. Tenu par des propriétaires très sympathiques et attentifs à nos besoins. Une piscine que nous avons particulièrement apprécié après nos journées bien remplis . Un logement qui l'avantage de se situer près du charmant village de St Léon et non loin des multiples sites historiques à visiter et autres activités de loisirs. Parfait pour des vacances en famille.

Très belle surprise

Lorsque nous avons réservé, depuis le site Abritel, nous avons choisi d'après photos et descriptions; lorsque nous sommes entrés dans les lieux, aménagements extérieurs, appartement et équipements ont été le reflets de ce que nous avions vu : conforme aux photos. Un excellent point. Les 4 appartements étaient loués pendant notre séjour, c'était à la fois vivant, calme et plaisant. Il y a même des espaces verts pour les enfants (courir, jouer au ballon...). Chaque voiture trouve son emplacement sur le parking mis à disposition, proche des logements. Notre appartement était très bien équipé et nous n'avons manqué de rien, spacieux et suffisamment meublé. Literie neuve, salle de bain double vasque, grande douche, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, four, réfrigérateur congélateur pour une famille, deux endroits pour manger, dedans/dehors, et donc doublement équipés en ce sens, et... speciale mention au balcon-terrasse bois absolument superbe : la vue depuis la terrasse ou depuis le salon évoquent des tableaux de la campagne, c'est très réussi comme effet. Cet ancien séchoir à tabac est rénové avec soin, et goût. Tout est bien pensé pour les vacanciers, l'ouvrage dans son ensemble est très très beau. Il est idéalement situé de plus pour toutes les visites dans le Perrigord noir, et se situe à peine en dehors du village, lieu dit la Rochette/stade. Les alentours permettent nombreuses ballades et le centre ville du village est largement accessible à pieds ou à vélo rapidement (pain, supérette, plusieurs restaurants, canoë, rivière...). La piscine convient parfaitement et tous les équipements nécessaires y sont présents, chaises, fauteuils et transats ainsi que parasols en bon nombre. Malheureusement cette année la météo en Dordogne n'a pas été clémente ... mais comme la piscine est chauffée, on en a quand même profité ! La famille Bruneteau, Jérôme et son épouse et leur deux filles ont été des hôtes attentionnés et charmants. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour à Saint Léon sur Vézère et recommendons fortement.
