Perfectly located, it allows you to walk to local shops, restaurants, bicycle and canoe rentals to explore the Vézère Valley. Fully equipped and ideal for accommodating up to 5 people, the house offers all the necessary comfort for a family or friends' stay. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant courtyard with a barbecue, perfect for summer meals after a day of walks, swimming or visiting the many historical sites in the region. Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, warm living space, open to the outdoor courtyard. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) and offers you everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine are at your disposal. You can share your meals around the dining table for 5 people. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television. On the first floor are two large bedrooms: \- The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), a desk and a wardrobe. \- The second also has a double bed (140x190 cm) as well as a single bed (90x190 cm), ideal for a family.
