Recently renovated, this semi-detached house next to our home offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, while being close to castles, caves, rivers, and picturesque villages all within 25 km. The nearby village offers a well-stocked grocery store with fresh bread and local products, as well as a friendly bar-restaurant. Its square, shaded by plane trees, regularly hosts traditional games and pétanque matches on weekends, perfect for immersing yourselves in local life. The holiday home has two bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). The first bedroom offers a 160x200 cm double bed with new bedding, while the second has a 140x190 cm double bed and a 90x190 cm single bed, also with new bedding. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and small appliances), a dining area, a comfortable living room with TV, and an additional bathroom.
