The property is close to the beaches and the town center. Main house: On the raised ground floor, entrance hall, living/dining room, separate kitchen, shower room and WC. Upstairs: landing, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, WC. Large basement with storage room, laundry room (washing machine)... Kitchen equipment: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker... Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Sleeping arrangements: 2 x 140 cm beds, 2 x 90 cm beds. Garden and front steps facing the street, large garden at the rear of the house. Possibility of renting a small house for 2 people at the back of the garden. Cottage: It includes: living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, shower room/WC. Kitchen equipment: refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker... Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140 cm). Private enclosed garden. TO BE PAID upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning and tourist tax.
