Charming house in the heart of the Gers countryside
- Magnificent house on 2 levels with views of the countryside on one side, and on the other, in clear weather the chain of the Pyrenees from the bedroom on the top floor.
Salt overflow swimming pool, 6x4 m with automatic cover
4 large bedrooms, one with bunk beds (3 beds in 160, 1 in 140 and 2 beds in 90)
2 large bathrooms, one with bath and shower over l. Italian, a bathroom.
Kitchen open to living room opening onto a large stone terrace.
Ideally located, 10 minutes from the town of AUCH, 10 minutes from the thermal baths of Castéra-Verduzan, one hour from Toulouse.
Negotiation possible from September 1 to early May for weekly rentals.
