With its large king-size bed, comfortable sofa bed in the living room, and private garden with garden furniture and barbecue, this one-bedroom cottage offers a true haven of peace in the heart of the Domaine de Rochebonne, just 10 minutes from the beaches. You have a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob, utensils), a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a bathroom. Outside, your private garden with a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue awaits you for evenings under the stars. The heated pool is rarely used as it only has a maximum capacity of 40 people, and it's often empty in the mornings and afternoons when everyone goes to enjoy the beaches and the surrounding area. So, the pool is seldom crowded, and often completely empty due to everyone's schedules. Die Beschreibung des Objekts stimmt genau. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs und das Häuschen ist sehr hundegeeignet, mit eingezäuntem kleinen Grundstück. Atlantik in 10 Minuten (Marennes Plage), das ist allerdings eine sehr geschützte Bucht, so dass an dem Strand das wahre Atlantikgefühl nicht auf kam. ##### Benita H.
