1.5 km from the village and 300 m from traditional restaurants on the banks of the Loire, former tobacco barn renovated into a house adjoining another house, located along the D274, close to market gardening activities. Unfenced flowered garden of 250 m² with south facing terrace.  
Ground floor: lounge/living room with open kitchen, separate WC, laundry room.  
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds, 3: 90x190 trundle beds) and shower room/wc. Equip. extra: freezer, WiFi, radio/CD, DVD player, dryer and baby equipment.  
Included: gas heating, electricity, sheets, household linen.  
Not included: towels, tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (90€).  
Nantes 15 km, Clisson 25 km, Ancenis 30 km.
