  • NEW TO THE MARKET!
    Welcome home to this relaxing 4 BR, 3BA home in a beautiful, gated community. The development offers a heated pool, hot tub, club house, playground, river walk, 40' boat slip to bring your own boat & just 1 mile to beautiful downtown. Just under 2 miles to one of our 4 beautiful beaches. Silver Beach County Tiscornia Park Beach, Jean Klock Park and Lions Park Beach. Enjoy the wineries, breweries or golfing at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Gold Course at Harbor Shores. You can also enjoy renting canoes, kayaks or fishing charters just a couple blocks away!

    Our fully furnished home includes an open kitchen, dining room and living room with a gas fireplace. Wi-Fi & 3 smart TV's. The dining room table comfortably allows 8 to enjoy eating and playing games.

    The family room/BR (Pull-out Queen Sofa) has a TV & desk. Includes 2 pocket doors that can comfortable be closed for sleeping. It's located off the kitchen/living room on the main level. Main level also has a full bathroom with a shower.

    The 2nd floor has a 3 BR's, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room with a new LG Washer & Dryer.

    The Master BR also has a King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV, walk-in closet and Full Bath which includes a shower, jacuzzi tub & double sink.

    Guest BR has a King Bed, TV & a swivel, reclining chair for just relaxing with a good book.

    3rd BR upstairs has 2 separate Bunk Beds for the kiddos to enjoy.

    The outside deck has 6 Adirondack chairs surrounding a natural gas concrete fire pit. Outdoor dining table & chairs plus a natural gas grill. Large grassy area allows you to enjoy sitting on the deck while watching the kids play at the playground or play many of the outdoor games available. A sidewalk surrounds the playground for small children to bring their skateboards or scooters for safe riding.

    Property also includes 4 adult bikes, 2 beach bags with beach towels, Soccer Goals with ball, Go Sports Ladder Toss, Giant 4-in-A-Row game, ACE Professional Cornhole, Potato Sack Race Bags, Football, Spikeball Pro Kit and Air-Hockey Game. Games can be played in the garage or can be moved to the grassy area off the back deck for everyone's enjoyment. Also includes board games & cards for adults & children.

    For your convenience we also have a portable crib with mattress & sheets, highchair, baby gate, potty training seat & each bathroom has a folding step stool for the kids.

Awesome house in a great location. Came here with friends for a golf trip and everyone had a wonderful time staying here. Had good communication from the property owners the entire time. If we ever come back to the area we will definitely try to stay here again.

The house is convenient to downtown and is easy to stay in. Great layout and comfortable furniture. Loved that the dock spot came with the rental. Hosts were super helpful and we really enjoyed our time in St. Joe!

Great 2nd stay here!

We loved staying here for the 2nd summer in a row! The house is so nice and set up with everything you could need. Our kids love the garage they turned into a game room, riding their bikes around the neighborhood, and going to the pool. The location is great and so close to many places. Staying here makes for a great vacation and my kids are already asking when we can go back :)

A wonderful property for our stay. We enjoyed the owners boat dock close to the house. Friends in the area could dock there and join us for lunch. I loved that there were extra dishes , glasses, and cups. And an extra fridge in the garage! Most rentals have the minimum.My grandson especially enjoyed all the games, and being on the park where he could enjoy the playground. He also loved spending time at the pool. An abundance of beach towels was much appreciated.The house is stylish, comfortable, clean, roomy, exceeded my expectations. We all felt at home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous bright and airy condo

We booked this home for a mom's weekend away and it was exactly what we needed, a perfect getaway property! The owner was very communicative and accessible throughout or stay for any needs. We loved everything about this property! Very clean!! Comfy beds!! We came with our 4 kids and my parents for fall break. The weather was not great, but the house was so entertaining and comfortable we still had such a great time. The house had everything we needed and more. We made great memories playing games and just being together.

This home - You can feel the host's caring hospitality in setting it up; You are immediately "at home" upon arrival, everything simplified and accommodating. - made our family stay so easy, joyful, harmonious, uplifting. Neighborhood is gated so coming and going felt very secure. Even a neighborhood pool and jacuzzi which were still open and heated as of October 20! And greenspace and a neighborhood playground. Gorgeous home in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. The property was just as described - they had ample activities for everyone to do (i.e. games, toys, and entertainment for young and old). Lovely floorplan and higher quality furnishings within the kitchen. Highly recommended!!!

This is an amazing vacation property! Close to town and in a great community. We loved walking every morning to see the boats and enjoyed the pool! This is one of the best rental houses we have ever stayed it. Very thoughtful on amenities and supplies. Traveling with two toddler can be challenging but this house had everything we needed. High chairs, stools, toys, pack, and play, bibs and even sounds machines, you name it they had it! Also the kitchen was stocked so well. Even had a coffee grinder for some local beans I picked up. If you’re looking in this area, just book it! You will not be disappointed. Very stress free rental and the kids loved it! Owner is delightful and even recommended some kid friendly places for our family.

We had a wonderful stay as this property. Very clean, comfortable and had everything you could ever need. It was extremely kid friendly…they have everything you could need for small children from pack and play, high chair, baby gate to toys, books, outdoor toys, chalk, bubbles, etc. My kids loved the playground and community pool, both a very short walk from the house. Several great beaches to drive to all under 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in St. Joseph. The property was oh so beautiful and comfortable. Everything was of excellent quality, including appliances and gadgets in the kitchen for cooking. The garage and toys included kept kids entertained. The beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The playground near by was great. We enjoyed going around the neighborhood for bike rides and the pool within a few steps. Short drive to the beach. Overall my family and guests were very impressed and it was so hard coming back home!

Wow- this was the perfect home for our family vacation especially having our grandchildren with us. The location is perfect with a close proximity to the beach, pool and playground within a serene atmosphere. The house is perfectly organized, very clean and wonderfully appointed. The hosts have thoughtfully provided small extras that mean a lot. We especially appreciated having lots of beach towels, beach chairs, a fold up cart to transport the chairs from the car to the beach as well as beach bags to pack it all. A big thank you to our hosts!

Very nice vacation rental!

We had a wonderful time here and would love to come back some time. One day we were here it rained a lot and the kids had such a great time with all the toys in the garage. They were all very upset when we had to leave and they are already asking when they can come back. We had an issue with the oven and the hosts were very responsive and apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. (It was almost a brand new oven.) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed with our elementary aged kids. You can easily tell how much care the owners have taken to update the house to make a great vacation rental. It’s clean, everything is labeled, there is plenty of room and there are tons of activities. Our girls immediately found the magnet tiles while we unpacked, our boy played air hockey. There were literally zero ”I’m bored”s the entire stay. Needless to say we will be back next year!

Fantastic Stay

Our family, 6 adults and 4 young grands could not have wished for a better place to enjoy one another's company. Everyone was very comfortable and if we weren't on one of the beaches or downtown, we were playing games at the house, riding bikes, or swimming/hot tubbing it in the very nice community center just a minute walk away. Each couple fixed a breakfast and a dinner during our stay in the "chef's" kitchen. It is sooo well equipped and the table setting provided was also perfect. Needless to say this all led to memorable family gatherings around the table. We will visit the area again and I will not even look elsewhere. If this home is available, I will be booking it.
