Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set upstairs and downstairs ac to 80 Heater at 60
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are on septic tank please put food scraps in trash and all products go in trash can. Natural waste only can be flushed
Bring your own wood for the fire pits! and follow fire safety don’t gather wood on property.. all fires must be put out. Use fire safety
If staying longer than a weekend cleaning fee is $100 longer than a wk cleaning is $200.
