Gite adjoining the owners' house, located in the Acotz district of St-Jean-de-Luz, 100 m from the A63 motorway. The cottage is spread over two levels and comprises: On the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen and living room (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) - a living room - a bathroom with shower and bathtub (washing machine) - a toilet Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed each - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed For your comfort, the beds are made ready for your arrival, and towels and household linen are provided. Electric heating is an additional charge (meter reading required). Wi-Fi is available. A private terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill is available under the plane tree. Parking is available in front of the cottage. The cottage is ideally located 1.5 km from the beaches, 1 km from shops (Jaldai commercial area), and 5 km from downtown St-Jean-de-Luz. Skate park 150 m away.
