Nous étions 4 et obligés de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle quotidiennement. Il faut noter également un manque de chaises.8couchages,éventuellement 10, sont prévus mais tout le monde ne pourrait pas s'asseoir à table faute de chaise et n'aurait pas de verre à eau. L’appartement est face à la baie de Saint Jean de Luz avec 2 grands balcons pour admirer les couchers de soleil sur la mer. Une fois la voiture garée sur le parking privé tout se fait à pied : la plage au pied de l’immeuble, la place Louis XIV et la rue Gambetta à 5 minutes. L’emplacement de rêve. Les literies sont au top et le mobilier est agréable et fonctionnel. On a également beaucoup apprécié que les deux balcons soient équipés pour y passer du bon temps : même début novembre ! Concernant les aspects « moyens », le logement est dans son « jus ». Exceptée la fuite dans le salon qui a dû être réparée, je confirme en tout point le commentaire de Pascal T. Publié en juillet 2021\. Rien n’a changé. Peintures qui s’écaillent ou points de moisissure dans les salles de bain. Rénovation bien commencée, mais qui n’a pas été conduite à son terme. Exemple : faïence dans la cuisine pas réalisée jusqu’au bout et qui laisse apparaître des zones de béton derrière la gazinière. Peinture refaite, mais interrupteur d’un autre âge. Et puis, il faut reconnaître qu’il y a un petit côté négligé. Un placard dans les chambres rempli d’affaires personnelles. Couvertures posées en vrac sur une table du couloir. Peu de placards dans la cuisine (sous-dimensionnés pour 6/8 personnes), et trop peu de rangements pour les courses. Le seul rangement à cet effet était rempli de condiments et alimentaires entamés par d’autres locataires, et que nous avons dû vider et nettoyer nous-mêmes. Frigo assez bas de gamme et bruyant qui semble en fin de vie. Trop petit. La hotte est surprenante. Obligé de tirer une rallonge ou de tendre le fil pour atteindre la prise. Dans l’une ou l’autre des solutions, le fil passe devant la gazinière ! Ce point électrique confirme ce qui est indiqué dans plusieurs avis : l’électricité n’est pas aux normes : rare prise à la terre. Système de bloc-prise « rallonge » pour « ponter » les appareils entre eux. Quant au problème électrique de la chambre du fond : on a eu le même souci qui a déjà été signalé dans un autre commentaire. Pas de courant sur les chevets. Il faut « juste » appuyer très fortement sur la prise rallonge qui est branchée sur la seule prise accessible. Sans doute un problème de faux contact. Voilà. C’est la première fois que nous mettons un avis aussi contrasté sur un logement, mais ce ne serait pas juste au regard de la qualité des logements que nous louons habituellement sur Abritel de ne pas le signaler quand il y a de vraies différences. Pour résumer. Cet appartement a un potentiel énorme, et ses qualités sont indéniables. Cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très agréable séjour. ##### Catherine W. Beaux volumes des pièces, et vue magnifique depuis l'appartement (couchers de soleil en bonus). Accueil très sympathique de Victor, le gardien. Nous étions 10, nous recommandons ! Une suggestion : un rideau/paravent pourrait venir séparer si besoin le salon de la salle à manger, lorsque le canapé lit est utilisé. ##### Sabrina L. When we called to complain manager said the work performed was “unknown” to him, I am not buying that story because all construction work in this town requires strict approval from city officials.To be fair, owner gave us an extra night free to compensate us for the noise issue. ##### Cyril L.
