The best ever!
This is a most beautiful hotel lovingly cared for by the nicest of people. The Art Deco is splendid. Nothing is too much trouble for the excellent and superb staff.

Lovely old-world style hotel, excellent restaurant, lovely garden, a great haven of peace whilst the town was rather hectic with many visitors and too many cars.

Classy dog friendly hotel
Unique hotel with first class service. Travelling with a dog often limits your choice of top class hotels so we are pleasantly surprised to find the Parc Victoria accepted dogs. We were not disappointed, excellent suite with conservatory, great food along with an amazing pool and lovely gardens. We will be back next time we’re in the area.

Lovely and quiet retreat just steps from the beach and bustle of center city. Staff helpful and friendly. Do not miss dinner in the restaurant. We sat poolside and had a delicious, creative and peaceful dinner under the stars. Small but excellent and fairly priced wine list. Our Pavillion (I.e. cottage away from the main building) was spacious and quiet. Highly recommended.

A charming place where they always go out of their way to make you feel at home. I have now stayed there three times and we will surely be back. Sitting by the pool is particularly lovely.

Luxury oasis close to town and beachfront.
You can't hope for anywhere better to stay in St Jean de Luz. Not directly on the sea front but close by - a luxury garden oasis with outdoor pool. Room was quite small but with a lovely conservatory and balcony. Wines and restaurant quite pricey.

A wonderful setting
A delightful place to spend a few days in a beautiful setting. Pool, the grounds and the staff is great. The rooms are decorated in original things from the early 1900’s. If you are not comfortable with antiques this may not be for you.

Very disappointed in this Relais and Chateau. Only redeeming feature was its location. Too expensive for what you get. Not helpful staff. Our room was sweltering and The air conditioner didn’t work.

Lovely oasis in Saint Jean de Luz.
I stayed at this hotel for a week two years ago with my son. I enjoyed it so much that, just last week, I went back and stayed for three nights with my husband. He loved it just as much as I had. The hotel, with its art deco furnishing and idiosyncratic charm has a sort of old-fashioned, comfortable feeling. It was like we were staying as house guests in a perfectly run household. The service is flawless. It was very nice to have the option to sit out by the heated pool as the beach in Saint Jean de Luz, though lovely, can be a bit crowded or also sometimes a bit windy. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The breakfast was delicious. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as there are so many excellent well-priced restaurants in the town. It is an easy ten minute walk into town.

We arrive at our hotel in st.jean de Luz, and although we had a fine meal and the staff was fantastic- The Internet connection was horrible, spotty, cut off frequently, and made it almost impossible to work and communicate effectively with United States work commitments. We spoke first with the staff at the hotel, they attempted a fix of the problem ... But it was not up to our expectations or work obligations. We then called orbitz and they efficiently cancelled our second night, and quickly helped us to rebook somewhere else.

Charming, comfortable, well-run hotel.
I just spent a week at the Parc Victoria with my 15 year old son. We had a lovely time. We stayed in a "pavilion" which consisted of a large room with a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, another even larger full bathroom off the front hallway and a then a living room with a pull out sofa. Both rooms had armoires, so there was plenty of closet space. In addition, there was a sort of glass-walled gazebo with a dining table and chairs and also an outside patio with yet another table and chairs. The art deco furnishings had a charmingly old-fashioned feel. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the beach and maybe another five to the center of town. As much as we enjoyed going to the beach, we also did find ourselves using the pool and it was lovely. A collection of fun pool toys and also of straw hats, comfortable loungers, and an attentive waiter in case we needed anything to drink. Most of the families did have kids, of all ages, yet everyone was well behaved and the pool area turned out to be a really fun, relaxing place to be. We only ate at the restaurant on our last night and it was quite good. The rest of the time, we went into town to eat as it was less expensive and a way more fun way to sample all the local fare. You do not have to spend a lot of money to eat very very well in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The service, from the housekeeping to the reception to the restaurant, was impeccable. I would definitely recommend.

Peaceful and beautiful hotel with lovely gardens
stayed for a couple of nights with my family (2 kids aged 9 and 7). Thought the overall experience was lovely with lovely gardens and pool area being the highlight. We had a slight problem with our booking via expedia (apparently our reservation for the kids hadn't come through) but the hotel resolved this within minutes and found us an appropriate pair of rooms My only quibble would be that I think breakfast should be included for this rate and similarly thought the restaurant was too expensive and more style than substance Overall would happily recommend and would love to go back

Lyxiga stora rum med art- deco- möbler. Vacker villa från ca 1920 i en fantastisk park med utomhusrestaurang och pool. De flesta rummen ligger i annex i parken med egen liten trädgård och uteplats. Proffsig och vänlig personal. Middag på restaurangen var omodern, med pyttesmå matbitar som serverades under pickelhuvor. Mycket fin frukost för 24 Euro per dag. Promenaden till plagen tar ca 10 minuter. Stranden är mycket fin och vattnet är bra vid både hög- och lågvatten. Staden är jättecharmig med ett flertal bra fiskrestauranger. Missa inte saluhallen !

Sejour fantastique le jour de la reouverture, une expérience extraordinaire dans un cadre champetre incroyable en plein centre ville et a quelques minutes de la grande plage. Personnel aux petits soins et surtout enchanté de reprendre (enfin) leur service. Diner tres savoureux pris en chambre particulièrement apprecie en oeriode de confinement. A hidden gem
A wonderful little hotel...everything was the way it should be - from the initial reception, to the service of all the staff members, the small but sun splashed pool, to the little sauna and gym (not that it was ever used). In addition the food was excellent at the restaurant and even the breakfast menu - which is often overlooked - was small but perfectly respectable. I will certainly return.
