In Saint-Jean-De-Luz, close to the center and the main beach, this refurbished studio is ideal for a comfortable stay to discover the Basque Country.  
  
The residence is located 300m from the shops, 550m from the center and 900m from the main beach.  
  
On the ground floor of a residence with a parking lot with private space, it consists of a living room with a lounge area with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen area.  
  
On the mezzanine, a sleeping area with a double bed (not recommended for young children).  
  
A bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and toilet.  
  
To be paid: a deposit by bank imprint and the tourist tax.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:  
\- Rental of a minibox per day: €9.  
  
\- Minibox rental per week: €50\.   
\- Cleaning: €80\.   
\- GL KIT: €25\.

Location conforme à l'annonce ; à noter : problème d'accessibilité sur la mezzanine, plafond bien trop bas. Magnifiques promenades le long du littoral ; vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan et l'arrière pays au sommet de La Rhune. On recommande !
