Superb gîte located 2 km from the St Jean d'Arves ski slopes (free winter shuttle 200 m away) linking St Sorlin d'Arves to the Sybelles ski area (Maurienne's 1st ski area, 310 km of slopes). Traditional village in summer 550 m² plot, terrace, barbecue. Located at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer, bike and motorcycle lock-up in the heart of Arvan-Villard, a massif characterized by 3 majestic Aiguilles d'Arves towering at 3514m and the Etendard glacier at 3464m.
