In Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande, we offer this charming 85 m² house with wifi (fibre optics) for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 20 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 30 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
