We are delighted to welcome you to our renovated small farmhouse, a peaceful spot for a relaxing stay close to Les Antilles de Jonzac and the thermal baths.
This single-storey T2 house has been fully renovated and features a private, fenced garden.
Located 7 km from the thermal baths, in a quiet hamlet in Saint-Hilaire-du-Bois.
The 65 m² stone house is all on one level and offers a main living area with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine). There is a sofa and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet. Enjoy the terrace with outdoor furniture.
Private parking and a fully fenced garden are available.
A small dog may be accepted with prior agreement from the owner.
Bonus: You can buy fresh vegetables directly from a local producer.
Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.
