Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment comprises  
\- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher (shelf supplied), hob...  
\- Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), which can be brought together to form a double bed  
\- Bathroom with shower and washing machine  
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside :  
\- A 6 m² balcony with side sea view, enclosed by sliding doors. The balcony has furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 chiliennes) to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transportation :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor parking lot (1 car).
