  • Put down your suitcases in this pleasant 83m² holiday home located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, just a stone's throw from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Perfectly equipped and comfortable, it can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Its enclosed garden and fitted veranda promise you lovely moments of relaxation with family.



    Upon entering, you discover a beautiful, welcoming living space with a warm lounge area featuring a large comfortable sofa, a television and a fireplace for cooler evenings. A dining table that can seat 6 people is located just next to it for your indoor meals. The American-style kitchen, functional and well-designed, is fully equipped: gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, multifunctional food processor, raclette machine, citrus press and all the utensils you may need.

    At the back, the veranda offers you a bright and comfortable space: a large table, six chairs, a lounge corner and a small sideboard await you there to enjoy sunny days or cooler evenings comfortably. Outside, the enclosed garden will allow you to relax peacefully. For your meals, a plancha is at your disposal as well as garden furniture.



    On the night side, the house comprises three bedrooms: a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bedroom ideal for children with bunk beds (90x190). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate for added comfort.



    A baby cot and high chair are also available for the little ones and the house also has a washing machine and a garage with a second mini-oven and space to store up to six bicycles. Two external parking spaces are also provided for your cars.
