Asked within allowed timeframe to change from 2 nights to 1 night, which was approved by manager, in a written email response. We only slept there 1 night and checked out in the morning. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. There was no reasoning with the manager, she insisted that we had no right for a refund because I had said we would leave in the evening, even though we left in the morning, and despite teh fact she had previously approved the booking change. Insisted that all claims for a refund should be with Expedia. I which I could copy and paste her email response, proving my point and her words. Very poor guest relations.

Convenient, well priced
Staff made a big effort to get in touch and ensure we wouldn't have any issues with check in. The space was mostly clean and pretty well equiped - really helpful to have a kitchen when travelling with kids. Beds were reasonably confortable and shower worked well. Location was very convenience for our purposes, with easy access to large shopping mall and other businesses.

This place is highly recommended. 10 min from a major mall, a mini apartment that vices you the freedom to cook. Little patio outside... Really nice.

Great once you get there and good value.
We struggled to find this hotel in the dark and in a real downpour. We feel the directions on the website need updating and a better map. That said, when we phoned the hotel, the staff were very helpful and gave us good directions - follow the tram lines out of the city, past the station and it is on the right about 5 mins from the big blue IKEA building. The staff were helpful with other questions too.

More than happy with everything except the shower facility. The shower head could not be adjusted as its grip washers had slipped out. Also, the water flow was not good enough compared with most French hotel chains. A bit frustrating.

More than we expected
The hotel room incl. bathroom were much larger and better equipped than we expected. It was a quiet neighbourhood with a large shopping centre, restaurants and cinema less than a 5min drive away. The bed was very comfortable and the fully equipped small kitchen was very convenient. Parking was safe and free-of-charge. A lovely place to stay at and highly recommenable. Please be aware if you arrive/leave on a Sunday: You have to contact the hotel a few days in advance to organize access and key to the complex and room as the Reception is closed Sundays.

The parking was good. Transport links good. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Felt secure with locked gate at night. No nearby shops. Quite noisy road nearby.

Établissement plutôt agréable. Bien situé pour visiter Nantes et la Loire pas trop cher. Terrasse agréable en bord de forêt pour nous. Personnel agréable. Penser à emmener de quoi équiper la cuisine. Seulement une louche, 1 dessous de plat, 1 passoire, 2 saladiers, 2 poêles, quelques bols assiettes, tasses et verres, pas de couverts. Pas de serpillière et seulement un peu de produit vaisselle. Pas de nettoyage quotidien de la chambre. Des rangements pour les vêtements. Canapé convertible facile à utiliser. Pas de Netflix. Linge de lit changé une fois sur les 6jours. Serviettes changées tous les jours sauf le week-end. Attention la journée le parking est ouvert et ma trappe à essence a été ouverte l’avant dernier jour sur 6 nuits.

Arriver a 22h mais pas d accueil comme on aurait pu le croire sur la description, il faut appeler donc le prvoir sinon impossible de rentrer. Appartement rempli de fourmi et sous le canape tres sale. Gerant ne prend pas en compte les remarques et les constats. Il me parle que je meprise le travail de ces salaries alors que je lui donne juste mon avis. Sinon il faut y aller si on aime les fourmis et pas regardant sur la proprete

Déçu et a l'acceuil, savait du probleme eau chaude, pas etonner de ce que jai dit lendemain marin. Delestage eau chaude et s'enclenche que le soir et si une personne prend une douche le matin, il y a plus eau chaude le soir a 19h pour les suivants.

Bien placé pour nous, bien organisé et spacieux je suis ravie de la résidence pour le prix, sachant que les chambres auraient bien besoin d'une rénovation le rapport qualité prix est bon. Les lumières sur le lit marchent un coup puis s'arrêtent, les sanitaires sont propre mais avec des marques et taches.

Studio très propre et bien équipé pour rester quelques jours en autonomie (plaque de cuisson, frigo, micro onde, bouilloire, cafetière, grille pain, fer à repasser.. ) Attention canapé lit peu adapté si problème de dos mais convient très bien si enfants.

Studio bien pensé, très calme, petite terrasse très agréable. Le nécessaire était présent. Petit bémol sur la propreté quand même, je pense que le ménage avait été fait par le précédent locataire à la va vite mais pas vérifié par le personnel (cuvette WC, balai poussiéreux +++, bassine et sceau sales). Bon rapport qualité-prix tout de même, je reviendrai.

Bien penser a nettoyer sous le canapé. En le déplaçant pour regarder la télévision de plus loin, il y avait des saletés. Sinon toujours aussi spacieux et calme Je reviendrais comme chaque saison

Réception d’un code pour le portail pour le parking fermé et u autre pour le coffre pur récupérer les clés en dehors des horaires d’ouverture . Parking a quelque mettre du studio. Logement propre même si on voit une usure du logement. Coin douche-salle d'eau propre même si quelque centimètres en plus permettrait d'être plus alaise. Literie assez raide, mais propre. Pas de bruit perceptibles. Coin cuisine conforme a la description pour un petit dej ou un repas rapide
