There were two downstairs bedrooms which was essential for our elderly guests that have trouble with stairs. The kitchen was well-stocked, as were the bathrooms, bedrooms, and laundry room. We enjoyed the charcoal grill and multiple porches. There is direct beach access at the back of the property with a wooden boardwalk, roughly a 3 minute walk out to the beach.
