"Our house was damaged in Hurricane Helene and this was the perfect getaway. The beds were comfortable (very important) the deck was relaxing and the appliances were much better that you typically find. Gas stove made for some good cooking. We stay at Seabrook a couple of times a year and this was the best property. The bathrooms could use updating, but perfectly fine/ clean and usable. "

"This property had everything. From the views to the seating outside so you could see the ocean or the marsh and the sunrise and sunset. It just really felt like you were at home. Would recommend and hopefully it is available every year we want to come back! The host was nice and responded in a timely manner. Wish we could have stayed longer!! "

"Grass over 2 feet tall, poison ivy growing in steps. TVs would not connect to internet. Was told would send someone out dud not happen, mgmt company said that is a “bummer” that TVs would not connect. I would not rent this again."
