Villa in the City Center with a Garden

  • A tastefully restored house right in the heart of SGXV.
    The house consists of a 140 m² main residence with two large bedrooms; the third is smaller.
    A very pleasant living room that spans the width of the house, opening onto the street on one side—with a view of the bell tower—and onto the garden on the other.
    A magnificent bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a very well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.
    In the garden, you’ll find a second detached house with a small kitchen and a bathroom/toilet.
    A third cottage completes the property; here you’ll find one separate bedroom adjoining a living room equipped with a TV, game console, and a sofa bed (sleeps 2).
    The garden is walled, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful space right in the heart of the city. You’ll have access to outdoor furniture and a grill.
    All in all, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends while still having your own private living spaces.
    Plus, you’re just a 5-minute walk from shops and 15 minutes from the main beach!! Forget about the car!!
