  • Ideally located in a quiet alley in the city centre, this warm house allows you to fully enjoy Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie without using the car. The beach, the port, the shops and the market are within walking distance in a few minutes.

    On the ground floor, the main room of 35 mÂČ consists of a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a lounge area equipped with a wood stove. You will also find a pantry with a toilet, sink and a washing machine.

    Ideal pool for refreshment and relaxation – perfect for families and after the beach.
    The living room opens onto a south-facing fenced wooden terrace including an XXS swimming pool (240 cm wide, 110 cm deep) and a bicycle shed.

    - Master suite equipped with a private shower, a 160 x 200 bed
    - 1 bedroom equipped with 2 beds of 90 x 200, possibility of making a bed of 180 Italian style
    - 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed

Perfect location in a great property

What a fantastic house, in a beautiful part of France. Spacious bedrooms, and a lovely modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything needed, even a Senseo coffee maker. The house stayed cool even when it was getting warmer outside, although the garden with it's plunge pool got the sun all day long. We took our own folding loungers, although there are a couple of deck chairs. Excellent hosts to communicate with, and Adeline and Vincent provided loads of helpful information. Parking is nearby, and while there is a free car park, if there are activities in St Gilles, you might have to move. There is a bit of trekking back and forward with cases/food shop etc, but the location makes up for it. There are at least 10 good restaurants within 200yds, as well as a boulangerie and a butcher. And St Gilles is such a lovely town. Would highly recommend a stay with the nearby beach, various places to visit within 30 mins, and this lovely house to come back to.

Logement en plein centre ville dans une ruelle calme avec tous commerces et bars restaurants à proximité. plage à 15 min à pied. Stationnement difficile à proximité du logement ( zone bleue toutefois pour déposer les bagages ). logement trÚs bien entretenu et décoré avec goût. toutes commodités ( four, plaques de cuisson, senseo, micro onde, lave linge). Les deux salles de bain sont un vrai plus pour les grandes tribus ! Les hÎtes sont sympathiques, prévenants et réactifs aux différentes demandes. La piscine et la terrasse sont un atout non négligeable ( attention à la profondeur de l eau pour les jeunes enfants). Séjour trÚs agréable que toutes les générations de la famille ont validé !

Un cadre idéal!

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e au cƓur de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Le marchĂ©, les commerces, les restaurants et le port sont Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de la maison. L’absence de parking privĂ© n’est pas un problĂšme puisqu’il y a beaucoup de places gratuites disponibles Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied de la maison (mĂȘme en pleine pĂ©riode estivale). La grande plage est Ă  une petite dizaine de minutes Ă  pied du logement. La maison en elle mĂȘme est trĂšs propre et est charmante. La piscine est un rĂ©el plus pour se rafraĂźchir. Adeline et Vincent sont trĂšs disponibles pour rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes vos interrogations. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons loué cette maison à 6 adultes pendant 4 jours. Elle est idéalement située dans le centre-ville, proche des commerces et des restaurants. On ne peut pas y accéder en voiture mais on peut se garer à proximité immédiate. Maison bien équipée, matelas confortables. Propriétaires arrangeants, disponibles et la communication a été trÚs facile depuis le début.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Toplage

Zusammen mit unseren 3 Kindern haben wir zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Durch die zentrale Lage im Ortskern ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass wir das Auto die gesamte Zeit auf dem nahegelegenen kostenfreien Parkplatz stehenlassen konnten. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen nicht einsehbaren Innenhof mit Pool, an dem man sich auch an kĂŒhleren Tagen gut sonnen konnte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen, von scharfen Messern bis guten Pfannen und Töpfen ist alles vorhanden. Auch die drei FahrrĂ€der kann man benutzen, was z.B. bei einem Einkauf von GetrĂ€nken im Supermarkt sehr praktisch ist. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und die gesamte Abwicklung liefen perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.situe dans une petite ruelle en pavé,le logement est parfait, trÚs cocooning. La cour privative est trÚs agréable avec sa déco bien fleurie et son calme. Bijou property in great location

Small but perfectly formed property. The hosts were easily contactable and really helpful with arrival and settling in. The property itself was really clean and had everything you could want with a great terrace. The location is perfect for the market, restaurants and beach. Thanks so much

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt abgeschottet hinter der Stadtmauer und hat einen uneinsehbaren kleinen Garten- und Terrassenbereich. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einer 5-6 köpfigen Familie wunderbar zu bewohnen. Die Vermieter sind zuverlĂ€ssig, nett und freundlich, sprechen aber nur Französisch. Mit moderner ToolunterstĂŒtzung war Kommunikation gut möglich. Absprachen zu An- und Abreise haben zuverlĂ€ssig geklappt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Objekt gut weiterempfehlen.

Waouh ! Nous avons passĂ©s d’excellentes vacances dans cette charmante petite maison avec sa terrasse et sa piscine. Saint Gilles Croix de Vie est une charmante ville pleine de surprise et d’activitĂ©s en tout genre. La proximitĂ© de la plage des restaurants et du marchĂ© nous a permis de laisser notre voiture sur un parking non loin de la maison pour la semaine et Ă  vĂ©lo nous avons pu profiter pleinement du paysage. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©es, il n’y a rien Ă  ajouter. TrĂšs propre, cosy et dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t par des hĂŽtes plus que sympathiques. Belle dĂ©couverte qui donne envie de revenir vite vite

Nous avons apprécié les avantages de cette location : hyper calme tout en étant en hyper centre, de pouvoir profiter du petit extérieur douillet et bien aménagé, l'intérieur tout aussi douillet et propre... La proximité de la plage (quelques minutes en vélo) est tout aussi appréciable. Location trÚs bien équipée. Les propriétaires trÚs disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci !
