La pièce à vivre est lumineuse et confortable. La cuisine s'ouvre sur celle-ci et reste parfaitement bien équipée. Une chambre parentale avec un grand lit double 160 + sa salle d'eau est face à la mer, tandis que les 2 autres sont côté rue ; l'une est avec un grand lit double 160 et l'autre avec 2 lits simples. Elles se partagent une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Le parking public de la place Rochebonne est gratuit tout au long de l'année. (Réf Bleu Marine)
