Le mobilier usagé de la cuisine nécessite une rénovation, de même un store occultant de fenêtre de toit est à remplacer. Quelques fauteuils hors d'âge pourraient être évacués. La vaisselle du quotidien et les couverts, en grand nombre, présentent une usure avancée et des origines hétéroclites. L'entretien général de la location est sommairement assuré mais ne devrait pas se limiter aux sols : la hotte aspirante dans la cuisine était grasse, le filtre du lave-vaisselle était encrassé de longue date, la propreté de la vaisselle et des couverts aurait méritée d'être méticuleusement vérifiée, les bondes de lavabos n'étaient pas vidées, les couvertures et couettes supporteraient un petit coup de fraîcheur. Le sous-vêtement oublié dans un placard aurait dû être détecté dans un état des lieux normalement vigilant de sortie des locataires précédents. La sécurité de l'habitation et des locataires passe par le remplacement du tuyau souple de gaz périmé depuis 2019\. La maison est vieille mais a un magnifique jardin et un jardin d’hiver. On va 10 minutes et on se trouve directement à la mer. Les propriétaires étaient gentils et ouverts. Ils nous offrent un petit paquet avec les biscuits bretons et on peut les appeler s’il y a des problèmes. La maison était charmante et on pouvait s’imaginer qu’une famille y habitait pour longtemps. Mais il y a deux aspects qui nous dérangent. Tout d'abord, la caution de 300 euros en espèces. Le problème n'était pas de payer la caution, mais que cela n'avait pas été communiqué en avance et que le propriétaire n'avait pas non plus de chéquier pour confirmer que nous avions donné la caution. Je lui ai demandé un petit mot, que j'ai obtenu. Le deuxième aspect était le manque de serviettes et de linges de lit. Comme nous sommes des Allemands on ne sait pas si c’est un truc français, mais sinon, nous n'avons jamais eu ce problème pendant nos vacances à l'étranger. ##### Thorben M. Stayed 7 nights in Apr 2022 ### 6/10 Okay #### Rémy H. 8 Nov 2021 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Maison acceptable, mais mauvaise surprise au départ Nous avons loué ce gîte avec un autre couple d’ami pour une semaine à la Toussaint. Il est bien placé, la mer est accessible à pied avec une belle région à découvrir. Pour le prix de la location (prix officiel Abritel…voir surprise plus bas) cette location fait l’affaire, même si le ménage laisse à désirer, que le lave-vaisselle fonctionne mal et que l’ameublement est un peu vieillot. Les draps étaient proposés en supplément dans l’annonce mais pour des raisons de COVID le propriétaire ne voulait pas le faire, chose qu’on a su une fois réservé ( l’annonce a été mise à jour depuis ). Malheureusement, la chose qui nous a le plus échaudé, c’est qu’à notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous à donner les relevés de compteur d’eau et d’électricité sans trop nous préciser pourquoi, et lors de notre départ nous a demandé de payer nos consommations ( alors que nous avions été raisonnable en voyant qu’il avait relevé les compteurs) sous prétexte que c’est écrit dans l’annonce que les consommations seront à régler en fin de séjour en me montrant un bout de papier le jour du départ. J’ai eu beau chercher sur l’annonce, je n’ai rien trouvé stipulant cela. La note de consommation que nous avions à régler était de plus de 10% du prix du séjour !! Le propriétaire s’est justifié en me disant qu’il m’était le prix de sa location moins chère (pour être mieux placé sur le marché) , mais que chaque locataire payaient sa propre consommation, il faudrait le préciser dans l’annonce si bien sûr c’est légal de le faire … j’en doute. Par naïveté et gentillesse nous avons bien voulu régler par chèque cette note, mais cela nous a laissé un goût amer en cette fin de séjour. Nous recommandons vivement la région qui est très belle, nous reviendrons visiter la région… mais dans une autre location ! ##### Rémy H.
