Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais this studio with sleeping area of 23 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people.  
The studio is on the raised groung floor. It has an Eastern exposure with balcony.  
  
Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.  
  
The studio is composed of :  
  
\- A sleeping area at the entrance with folding bed 2 person.  
\- A living room with sofa bed, television and dining area.  
\- An equipped kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, raclette and fondue machine.  
\- A bathroom with bathtub and sink.  
\- An independent toilet.  
  
Additional equipment : outdoor common parking, ski locker. Pets allowed.
