  • Residence "Les Grets", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St Gervais, 6.8 km from the skiing area, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool heated (12 x 7 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jul. - 31. Aug.). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Le chateau" 280 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 2.3 km, minigolf 2.3 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 280 m, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodation can be booked.
    "Les Grets", 1-room studio 27 m2. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the swimming pool. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
