Take advantage of flights that are cheaper on Friday! We are happy to be able to welcome you on Friday in our 95 m2 accommodation, with panoramic mountain views : LA TERRASSE DES FIZ - ST GERVAIS ! Imagine : You arrive in a lovely little mountain spa, family-run and lively all year round. Everything is there ! You discover the address: First good surprise, you are close to everything: shops, restaurants, ski lifts (it's a 10 minute walk and there is also a free shuttle at the foot of the adjacent building), rink, swimming pool, station of the legendary TMB (Tramway du Mont-Blanc), shuttle to the thermal baths, children's park, etc ... Access to amenities and leisure for all generations, 2 steps from the apartment. One of the first pleasures of a vacation is to be able to forget your car ! Then, discovery of the apartment : It is duplex on the 1st and last floor of a small chalet-style house, spacious, warm, and above all immaculately clean ... in short, you feel good right away. Quickly I save the WIFI access code, even on vacation, impossible to do without the internet ! As soon as you arrive, of course everyone chooses their room : we hesitate ... \- the master bedroom with its 1.60 bed (the bedding is new and of quality, it is important even and especially on vacation!) with en-suite shower room and WC, \- ... or the bedroom on the terrace side, also with a 1.60 bed but also a mountain view, to be discovered with happiness in the morning; this bedroom adjoins the pretty brand new bathroom with its 1.20 x 90 jet shower... In addition the toilets are independent. \- For the youngest no hesitation it will be the smallest bedroom with 1.40 bed and its small "bathroom": a simple sink / bathroom cabinet, but like that no queue in the morning for a simple brushing of teeth , shaving or drying hair (yes yes there is also a hairdryer, as in the other 2 bathrooms). We did not have to rent sheets and towels and the beds are made on arrival, all at no extra cost, it's cool ... Everyone is installed, we can finally taste a good Nespresso or classic coffee or a good tea accompanied by "sweets", because our hosts have everything planned;)) We then discover a little more in detail, this place which will be our "Chez Nous" for a few days: \- The comfortable Living / Dining room opening onto a 50 m² furnished terrace. Everything is there : Garden furniture and deckchairs where you can sit to appreciate the Savoy wine offered on our arrival, and admire the panoramic view of the Fiz and Aravis chains ! \- If weather permits, we can even "eat outside", everything is planned, moreover a "garden" of aromatic herbs is at our disposal! \- Besides, we will be able to cook "like at home", as the kitchen equipment is complete, there is even a CuisiCook Robot cooker, and of course, the essential services at Fondue and Raclette, we are in Haute Savoie all the same and it is so practical ... :)) I feel that we are going to enjoy! Well, now we are going to unload the luggage left in the car. It is very practical because it is parked right in front of, at the foot of the stairs. We still have to go rent our skis, because we did not think about doing it by internet, it is 2 steps away. Then, no stress or rush, no need to rush to the Tourist Office because all the brochures are here at our disposal, as well as a piste map: 450 km all the same thanks to the EVASION package. The pictures and views in the listing truly reflect how nice the location and property is. The outdoor space looking onto the mountains provided the ideal spot for breakfast and afternoon drinks. As a family with teenagers, we all had a fabulous week in St Gervais at this apartment, it has everything you need and more. It is also in a great location, centrally located in the town and only 5 minutes’ walk from the gondola / 1 minute walk to the bus stop. But what really makes this apartment so special are the hosts Evelyne & Bernard, they are so nice, extremely easy to deal with and couldn't do enough for you. The very generous welcome pack was a lovely surprise - Evelyne thinks of everything! Thank you Evelyne and Bernard for our wonderful stay we will be back! ##### Colin M. La gentillesse et la générosité extrêmes de nos hôtes. L'appartement merveilleux. Des attentions partout, des victuailles dans le frigo aux fleurs dans l'entrée, des brosses à dents au rasoir et coton dans la salle de bains, tout est pensé pour notre bien être et très bien pensé ! L'emplacement est tres pratique,très central et pourtant calme,lumineux, très confortable. Evelyne et Bernard ne cessent de nous chouchouter et de nous proposer des idées de ballades,des curiosités, avec entrain et discrétion. L’appartement situé à deux minutes à pied du centre-ville donc très pratique pour faire ses courses ou découvrir le village, est fonctionnel, très bien décoré, confortable et propre, l’équipement de la cuisine est complet. Sa grande terrasse très bien équipée, a été bien appréciée avec une vue superbe et décontractante sur les montagnes. Les hôtes Evelyne et Bernard nous ont réservé un accueil particulièrement chaleureux et ont fait part de beaucoup d'attention. Le logement est bien situé, proche du centre de Saint Gervais et à proximité de nombreuses randonnées. L'appartement est très bien équipé et la terrasse très agréable, bénéficie d'une belle vue. Une belle surprise à l'arrivée avec un cadeau de bienvenue, bien délicieux. À deux minutes à pied du centre-ville donc très pratique. Je recommande le pass à la semaine qui nous a donnés accès aux télécabines, à la piscine, à la patinoire et au minigolf, sans oublier la réduction pour le tramway du Mont Blanc. Evelyne et Bernard nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et ont fait part de beaucoup d'attention lors de notre arrivée. En cette période de pandémie, nous avons aussi été mis en confiance dès notre arrivée : propreté irréprochable, gel, masques et lingettes. This is a fantastic apartment with a very attentive and thoughtful owner, Evelyne takes great pride in providing everything her guests may need. We stayed for a week in Feb with our 3 young children. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was cosy and in a great location. St Gervais centre is on your doorstep and the Bettex lift is a short walk away although as there's allocated parking at the apartment we left the skis in the car and drove the 1 min each day to save the little legs on the way home! There's a super handy store for boots and helmets (and skis if we hadn't had the car). The town is charming with many lovely restaurants and the ski area vast and varied. The accommodation was perfect and a very usefil welcome pack of food and drink. the host was very friendly and was in contact with before we arrived and on arrival all as planned.
