    The Gîte du Morvan is an old Morvandelle farmhouse that has been completely renovated.
    Easy to access, located 15 minutes from the A6 motorway exit n°22 Avallon, the Gîte du Morvan is ideally located in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, near Avallon, Vézelay and Quarré les Tombes.
    It is composed of:
    - A large main room with French ceiling comprising
    • An open kitchen equipped with hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, crepe maker...
    o A dining area for 6 people
    o A lounge area, with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed
    2 armchairs, all in front of a pellet stove.
    1 TV, with streaming platform access
    An Amazon connected speaker

    • A bedroom with a 140cms bed and storage cupboard
    • A bedroom with 2 beds of 90, and storage wardrobe
    • A large bathroom with shower, sink, storage
    • Separate toilet



    A covered shelter is available for several vehicles
    In front of the house you will find an UNFENCED courtyard, with garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue
    Swing, ping pong table, children's toys.
    A lawn is also present with fruit trees to provide you with shade in summer.

    HEATING INCLUDED
    - Electricity included up to 10kWh per day

    - Wood pellets
    One bag of pellets is provided per day of rental. (included in the price).

    LINENS
    Bed linen is provided and beds are made
    Toiletries are not included (possible at an additional cost of 6€/person)

    Price: 90€/night (discount from 7 nights depending on the period)

    Our cottage, in the heart of Burgundy, will allow you to visit a region rich in history, with an important cultural heritage, vineyards, lakes and rivers of white water.
    The national forest will allow long hikes, and the discovery of fauna and flora.
    Many activities are possible, swimming with the many lakes and rivers, canoeing cayak, rafting, tree climbing...

Quiet place with everything you need

We had a good stay. The spacious house lays between a lot of sightseeings. The Morvan is a great place to hike.

Silvester ohne Böller, ein Traum.

Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal über Silvester hier gewesen. Das Haus hat alles was es zum Wohnen braucht. Ein Pellet Kaminofen sorgt ausreichend für behagliche Wärme.Unser Hund und wir haben Silvester ohne die unsinnige Böllerei genossen. Landschaftlich schön ruhig. Wetter, na ja. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour

Malgré une température caniculaire nous avons passé un très bon séjour et 'nous réfugier dans la maison au frais. La maison est très située pour visiter la région à pied ou en voiture. Nous avons déjà sejoue plusieurs fois dans cette maison et toujours aussi satisfaits.

Maison spacieuse, bien équipée et lumineuse. Tout de plein pieds est appréciable pour profiter de la table en terrasse abritée afin de profiter un maximum du paysage magnifique. La tranquillité est au rendez-vous. Très bon accueil du propriétaire.

Séjour dans le gite d'Emmanuel au Top !

Nous venons de passer un séjour dans le gite du Morvan, Tout est fait pour y passer un tres bon séjour : le gite d'une propreté impeccable et avec le maximum de confort (c'est l'une des 1ere fois que nous avons un gite avec autant d'équipements). L'endroit est calme et isolé mais avec autour des activités et visites à faire, Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux (nous vous avons dérangé 3 fois et toujours avec le sourire). Calme et comfort

La chaleur et la simplicité d'un poêle à pellet ont été très appréciables pour mon séjour en février. La pièce principale est spacieuse et très agréable. Wifi impeccable et Netflix nickel. Ballades et tourisme garantis pour la semaine. Un grand bonheur !

Es ist ein sehr nettes, kleines Ferienhaus, gut geschnitten und ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist sehr ruhig, man erreicht aber auf kurzen Wegen (mit dem Auto) alles, was man braucht.

Un sejour au top

Dépaysement et déconnexion total dans cette région un peu mystérieuse qu'est le Morvan ! Au calme absolu et à proximité avec la nature, la maison est simple, propre et nous y avons trouvé tout ce qu il faut. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseils.
