  • The house is situated in a small village of the Côte Fleurie, with a living area of ​​approximately 80m2 on a plot of 1000m2 garden with apple trees. It consists of a main room with dining room and kitchen, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
    The outdoors offers a private and enclosed parking, a 30m2 terrace and a large garden. All in a quiet and relaxing environment.

It was perfect!

The owner was very gracious and kind. The property was perfect for our dogs, having an enclosed, large garden. The location was peacful and near to the sites. We enjoyed our stay.

Super Unterkunft, riesiges Grundstück, wundervoll herzliche, flexible und jederzeit erreichbare Vermieterin! Wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben - die Unterkunft ist toll, für Ausflüge in der Umgebung - privater Parkplatz zudem, wir wären sehr (!) gerne länger geblieben!! Einziger Hinweis vielleicht: Ohne Auto ist es ein wenig schwierig, Orte, Supermärkte etc. zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto wiederum ein Katzensprung.Un très très grand merci!!

Nous avons passé 5 jours (3 adultes) et notre pinscher nain qui nous suit partout à St Gatien des bois pour visiter les alentours (Honfleur, Deauville, Zoo de Cerza, etc...)1) concernant la procédure d arrivée de ce logement : nous avons demander à Madame PREVOST si nous pouvions arriver vers 14 h au lieu de 16 h. Il n y a eu aucun problèmeA notre arrivée, Madame PREVOST nous attendait et nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire. c est une personne charmante, disponible, accueillante, chaleureuse et nous avions une bouteille de cidre et une petite boite de biscuits de la région qui nous attendaient, petits présents bien sympathiques !Concernant le logement : logement exactement conforme au descriptif. Environnement tres calme et bien situé (15 mn environ de Deauville, 27 mn de Lisieux ...) Rien ne manque au niveau vaisselle, literie tres confortable, etc...Nous avions meme des serviettes de toilette à disposition (nous avions les notres mais bien pratiques pour ceux qui oublient !)Le terrain est bien clos ! idéal pour nos amis à quatre pattes qui sont acceptés ! Notre chien s est éclaté !!! 1000 metres carrés !!et pour le départ, lorsque nous avons rendu les clefs, nous avons rencontré Monsieur PREVOST qui est tres sympathique.Conclusion : logement à recommander sans probleme tant au niveau confort, gentillesse des proprietaires, et situation de ce logement.Nous concernant, nous reviendrons !

Un endroit au calme et proche de tout. Boucherie, boulangerie, bar et restaurant à 700m.La maison est bien équipée, le terrain est grand et clôturé, idéal pour notre chien. La terrasse plein sud et le barbecue nous ont fait passer de belles soirées.

Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij

Op de dag van aankomst zat het echtpaar Prevost ons al aan de straatzijde op te wachten. Ze toonden zich zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De vakantiewoning bleek netjes te zijn met een zeer complete inrichting. De tuin, een voormalige boomgaard was riant qua afmeting. Wat een ruimte! Het slaapkamerraam bleek defect te zijn. Verder was er geen Wifi beschikbaar. Niettegenstaande dit laatste hebben we een heerlijke week gehad. Louis en Jolanda

Location bien centrée entre terre et mer

Située entre 10 et 30km, la location est idéale pour visiter le pays d'auge et la mer. Pour ceux qui aiment le fromage et les pâtés, ils seront servis. De Honfleur à Cabourg, les visites sont très attrayantes avec au centre Deauville. Très enchanté par leurs panoramas avec leurs architectures uniques. Avons poussé notre visite sur Lisieux à voir également.

peut mieux faire

La maison est "dans son jus" tous les meubles sont dépareillés, cuisine en formica mais quand même fonctionnelle, salle de bain petite, dans son jus, joints de douche moisis, toutes les fenêtres sont à changer. les matelas des chambres ont beaucoup trop mous. Dommage car bien entretenue et remise au gout du jour, cette maison pourrait être magnifique. A noter quand même l'immense jardin clôturé et la cour permettant de rentrer la voiture sont très appréciables ainsi que les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. on a l'impression que les propriétaires font ce qu'ils peuvent mais quand on fait de la location de vacances, il faut savoir que les clients sont de plus en plus exigeants, il faut savoir investir pour la satisfaction des clients

Ma compagne avec ces deux enfants a passé un agréable séjour. Elle regrette que le logement n'ait pas été plus propre et que les chambres soient communicantes. Ce qu'elle a apprécié le grand jardin, la tranquillité et le fait que les plages soient proches et qu'il y ait aussi des activités proches pour les enfants.
