Welcome to TI COCOON RDC of villa 88(1), facing Anse beach
Rocks.
Apartment with beautiful sea view, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, wifi and city water tank (buffer tank).
Possibility in the 2 sleeping areas to put 1 bed 160x190 or 2 single beds.
Ti Cocoon can accommodate 2 to 4 people in excellent conditions of comfort and privacy.
It is composed:
\- a ventilated terrace/kitchen which closes with electric roller shutters and offers a dining area with teak furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
\- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobe (1 small closed bedroom, 1 living room/bedroom)
\- a bathroom, with walk-in shower, sink on storage unit and a toilet (boat cabin style) accessible either from the living room or from the bedroom.
Facilities: wifi, two air conditioners, 2 ceiling fans, TV, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, plenty of storage space and small grocery store. All household linen is provided: sheets, towels, tea towels, floor mats, microfiber beach towels. 1 baby cot. 2 beach loungers.
This magnificent residence is located in a large landscaped park, with tennis and "the largest swimming pool in Guadeloupe"!
There is also a restaurant that sells bread, local dishes and pizzas to take away, breakfasts, barbecues on weekends, etc...
A planter awaits you upon your arrival.
Ti Cocoon postcards are at your disposal!
Pets are not allowed.
In order for you to return to impeccable accommodation, we will ask you to pay, upon your arrival, an exit cleaning fee of €50 for 2 people, €60 for 4 people.
For an arrival at Ti Cocoon after 10 p.m. or a departure before 8 a.m., a fixed price of €25 will be payable on site.
The proximity of the ferry terminal allows you to easily connect the dependent islands of Guadeloupe: Marie-Galante - La Désirade.
Marina, Shops and International Golf 5 minutes by car, approximately 5 km. Essential car.

#### Perfect location for the family
The appartment worked perfectly for our family and had all the amenities needed. Nice open space and good AC for the small children when needed. Just a few meters away there's a restaurant (doesn't disturb) where you can eat and get water and bread for the day. Good food! Our flight was late and we didn't have coverage on our phones when arriving but Audrey, who was our contact, waited and helped us get in place! On thing I want to say is that the pictures don't really show just how good the view is from the appartment, and how close it actually is to the beach.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . Appartement propre , cadre magnifique tout proche de la plage conforme aux photos . Superbe piscine , cependant quelques points négatifs :multiprise cassée , volets roulants extrêmement bruyants, lave vaisselle assez vieux , rideaux SDB tachés ( moisissures? ) , poignées naccos cassées , moustiquaire chambre déchirée . Sur l'annonce du site " un planteur vous attend à votre arrivée " une bouteille d'eau nous attendait !!! .De plus lors de notre départ Aurore n'était pas présente ce qui n'est pas normal .Ce sont les femmes de ménage qui ont récupéré les clés et les badges .

Une semaine idyllique dans un espace de rêve, logement à proximité de la mer et très. calme à 10mn de Sainte-Anne et à 10mn de la gare maritime. De nombreuses activités à faire (pensez à apporter vos rackettes de tennis).

Logement conforme à l'annonce. Idéal pour un premier contact avec la Guadeloupe et découvrire Basse terre. La terrasse donne quasiment sur la plage.vue idyllique sur une crique protégée. Superbe piscine. Les colibris sont un enchantement. Bien situé.

Très agréable séjour à Ti Cocoon. L'appartement est vraiment tout proche de la plage, et quelle plage !!! Une très belle plage, calme, fréquentée par les personnes de la résidence, où l'on peut à la fois nager et observer les poissons près des rochers. L'appartement, vue sur la mer, invite à la contemplation. Les enfants ont adoré la très très grande piscine, surtout de nuit. Cuisine très bien équipée. Très bonne localisation pour explorer Grande Terre sans problème de circulation.

Superbe appart avec une vue incroyable. La petite terrasse offre une superbe vue sur la plage et on peut profiter de tous les oiseaux qui passent devant ;-) Un petit resto/snack est dispo juste à coté et la plage et la piscine sont nickel ! à réserver sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement de l'Anse des Rochers. La vue vers la plage depuis la terrasse du logement est son point fort. Nous avons apprécié aussi la qualité des équipements (meubles, literie, vaisselle, climatisation) et sa propreté. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine bien qu'elle soit grande, propre, avec vue sur la mer mais de l'autre côté de la résidence. Merci à notre hôte et à Audrey pour son accueil.
