SUPERB VILLA WITH SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS AND PANORAMIC POOL

Superb spacious villa located on the coast with spectacular views of the ocean, the Saintes Islands, Marie Galante and Basse Terre. 12m x 4m panoramic swimming pool (see video at the end of the photo album).
The house is located on the tourist route in a quiet residence, 10 minutes on foot, less than 3 minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe ‘’ les raisins Clairs ’’. Direct access to the sea less than 50 m, and less than 200 m from a small natural cove.
The center of Saint François is 5 minutes by car, with casino, 18-hole international golf course, marina, shops, beauty treatments, bars, restaurants, market, Ferry for excursions to neighboring islands and a multitude of sports and nautical activities.
The villa is composed of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 of which overlook a large terrace upstairs with breathtaking views of the Ocean, 3 shower rooms upstairs and a shower room on the ground floor, shower exterior. The kitchen provided with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave. The back kitchen with washing machine, dryer and fridge. A living room, a dining room, a small living room with a sleeping couch. Garden furniture and a large terrace on the ground floor where you can have your meals in front of the ocean and the swimming pool.
Panoramic infinity pool of 12 m X 4 m with salt treatment, on the edge of the ocean is secured by a perimeter alarm.
The spacious villa is tastefully furnished where you will find your comfort. Relaxation guaranteed for a romantic or family vacation.

The villa is very airy and opens right up to the beautiful view of the ocean. We woke up to a gorgeous sunrise every morning and ended our nights with a glorious afterglow from the sunset. Most amazing part of our stay was the large infinity pool with the ocean sounds as our background music and perfect weather every day.

Wonderful villa with incredible ocean views

We loved this wonderful villa with its spectacular panoramic ocean views both from the ground floor and the upstairs bedrooms and terrace. The property is spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and was perfect for our family. We loved the size of the infinity pool which made it perfect for lap swimming as well as general splashing around. Check -in and check-out were a breeze, and Maryse was the most gracious and helpful host. We would love to visit again!

Great house!

The house was great - everything you could need and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed making this our home base for a wonderful week in Guadeloupe. We appreciated the warm welcome, supplies for breakfast and the suggestion of a local cook, Delphine, who could drop off nice meals for us. With a child allergy, this was especially helpful. Thank you! We hope to return another year!

Wonderful week, beautiful property and island

We had a great week in Guadeloupe enjoying this beautiful villa and nearby town. The villa is well equipped with comfortable beds, beautiful views, fully stocked kitchen. Catherine and Maryse we wonderful hosts offering lots of great advice and tips. We hiked the volcano, toured the zoo, explored the Eastern point, and found a great beach. Maryse suggested a bakery and restaurant and both were really good. We also ended the week with a one of Maryse’s home cooked meals which was very tasty.

Family Vacation

Our family stayed at this beautiful property for 2 weeks during the end of March/beginning of April. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities offered. The welcome Colombo meal was amazing, delicious, and a life saver for our late night arrival during the first night. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the view of the ocean and pool from our room. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it for many meals. It was also nice that the property was close to Carrefour and Hyper Casino (for groceries). The pool was amazing. We loved spending the days lounging poolside, viewing the ocean, reading, and relaxing. We also loved our daily visits from the neighborhood iguana. Maryse was very helpful and attentive to our needs. A helpful hint about Guadeloupe: Due to water conservation, the water is turned off on the island from 6pm-6am on some nights (at least during our stay). Maryse let us know ahead of time so we could plan accordingly. Overall, we LOVED our stay here and would recommend it to everyone. It was a wonderful home away from home.

Beautiful island, perfect home for relaxation

We loved our stay at this house! It is comfortable, high quality, and has everything you need to enjoy yourself, without being too formal. It was extremely helpful to have both rum punch and simple breakfast fixings available to us when we arrived late at night. The pool is gorgeous and feels great anytime of day. The view is really astounding - more like being on a boat in terms of the proximity to the waves and the ocean than any beach house I've ever stayed in. On a clear day you can see several nearby islands. We ate every meal outside, enjoying it. As is true with most of Guadeloupe, area beaches are smallish (but beautiful!) and somewhat scattered so you likely will want to drive to the really nice ones. Those accessible on foot are more rocks than sand and not the clear calm turquoise water you'll find at the more popular spots. Saint Francois is far from Basse Terre, but there is so much going on there and in Sainte Anne and Gosier, you can certainly fill your days in the immediate area. I was surprised how few bugs we encountered given the tropical climate. We appreciated having AC in our bedrooms at night but did not need it otherwise. We were 2 couples so we had plenty of room; larger groups should take note that the 3rd largest bedroom is accessed either through the 2nd master bed & shared bath or via the veranda door, so is best suited to children of a family. The 4th bedroom that doesn't face the ocean is smaller but perfectly fine and has its own bathroom. Also you may need to buy paper towels if you like those or refill the TP. Other appreciated features: quiet neighborhood, nice outdoor grill, downstairs bathroom, wifi, house phone, kids' beach gear, cooler. Would've been even more excellent to have beach chairs or mats available, and snorkel equipment. Special note: Alain is a very warm and helpful host. He has gone above and beyond to return something to us that we left behind. Makes this house even better!

Eine wirklich wunderschöne und sehr angenehme Villa, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, alles hat hervorragend funktioniert, wir wurden sehr nett betreut. Der Umschwung ist sehr gepflegt und der tolle Pool wird super betreut und sauber. Am Strand ist man schnell, will man aber baden, nimmt man am besten das Auto. Alles in allem eine Top Location, tolle Gastgeber - wir würden sofort wieder buchen! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, nur Küchentücher sollte man mitbringen. Auch die Lage ist wirklich genial und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Hervorragend!

Superbe maison de vacances

Grande maison, très bien située juste à côté de la mer. Endroit très calme, on entend seulement le bruit des vagues. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Les lits sont très confortables et la cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'arrivée et le départ, la remise des clés et la communication avec la propriétaire se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cette maison. Après nos excursions et activités quotidiennes, nous avions toujours le sentiment de rentrer « à la maison ». Hautement recommandé !

Un séjour mémorable dans une villa paradisiaque. Parfait pour nos 2 familles… chacun avait sa chambre et sa chambre de bain. La cuisine avec fut sur la piscine et la mer est à couper le souffle. A proximité de St-Francois, tout est facilement accessible. Noter que même si c’est inscrit ouvert le dimanche, les commerces ferment à midi pour la plupart. Communication facile et efficace. Das Haus entspricht 100% der Beschreibung und den Bildern, 2 wunderschöne, große überdachte Terrassen, Küche und Wohnbereich sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet (wie wichtig dieses ist, würde uns erst in der nächsten Unterpunkt klar), traumhafter Pool, tolle Ausstattung. Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed at Catherine's place for over a week, and had a perfect time at the villa. The villa is located in Saint-Francois and near to Saint-Anne, and is close to beaches, and plenty of restaurants and shops (side trips to Basse-Terre and the national park can be done too, as long as you've rented a car). Both Catherine and Maryse (the on-site property manager), were amazingly helpful throughout the stay. Catherine was very helpful with planning our stay and Maryse was perfect on-site. They both offered local tips, advice, and planning help. They were wonderful hosts, and we can't thank them enough! We travelled with our niece who was only 18 months old, and the home was great for infants and small children (with a pool alarm, child gates for the indoor stairs, and a crib and height chair). We highly recommend!

Tout d'abord un énorme merci à Maryse et son mari pour leur accompagnement durant notre séjour. Toujours aux petits soins, bref des personnes extra. La villa est magnifique.. Et que dire de la piscine à débordement... Tout pour passer un très bon moment Le seul petit bémol est une petite chambre qui donne sur le devant de la maison pas très adaptée pour 2 adultes.
